Dawnstead is a town founded by [[characters:guild:badger|Badger]] with the intention of having a place Elysium City refugees can start a new life away from the GUILD. Most of the houses are pre-built, and all are free to move into. 

The only requirements for moving in to Dawnstead are:
  * Furnish the house yourself
  * Upkeep the home yourself
  * Follow the values of the Valley
