Dark blue skin with constellations scattered across it. Has short blue hair and wears pastel blue and purple clothes. Has two golden rings that circle his head like the rings of a planet.

He isn't very well known (on account of the being trapped in End-timeout). Some extremely old texts mention him but all followers had died in the meantime. He will accept any new followers as long as they're nice to him and he can rub it in Rigels face.

If people are nice to him he will help them interpret dreams and sleep well. If they are neutral/hostile towards him then they're free range for tormenting >:)

Celebration of the End - 14th Frostfall * Mortals come and spend time in his realm, and in return anyone who sleeps there overnight before or after the festival gets guaranteed unhinged dreams. Not everyone enjoys or attends this festival but the dreams given are often considered prophetic, if you can figure out what they mean ;)
