Creators are, more often than not, truly passionate about engineering, redstone, electronics, or machinery. Most Creators have the same job description and do a variety of tasks, but may specialise in a certain area over others. The 'Creator of the Month' is decided by anonymous vote by other Creators based on who contributed the most in the past month, and becomes the team leader for the next month. Creators are offered free accommodation and meals if they want it, meaning most Creators live in dorms. Most Creators are fearful of, or at least wary of, flutters and glares.

The Governing Union of Innovation, Logistics, and Development was originally founded by the Inventor in 2459 as a small business simply called ‘Create’, providing the earliest Create parts to the public for their own use in D.I.Y machines.
