The Wanderer is a timelord who crash landed in the Valley of Eden, specifically the Marketplace. They sell flowers from other worlds and are working hard in secret to repair their TARDIS and get back to what they do best, wandering. They were reclusive, elusive, and kept to themself a lot of the time.
