The 'Good Gang' was started after Bibi noticed that Gelatin and Cary would invite other kids to Evil Gang, but not him. By starting his own gang, he can make sure no one feels left out. When he remembers to, and makes a new friend (that he knows isn't in Evil Gang), Bibi will happily invite them and add their name to the board. Bibi is unaware that some members are also in Evil Gang.

Toto and Bibi scouted out a new place for the Good Gang Hideout (as the other one at Big House was not very secret), then on Day 151, Goober and Bibi finally decorated it.

Good Gang does not have codenames like Evil Gang, nor do they really have a goal or meetings. When asked by Gale what you're supposed to do in Good Gang, Bibi told him 'be good, dont be evil'.
